The first annual Boating & Outdoor Recreation Festival will be held September 22-26, at Metro Beach Metropark on Lake St. Clair Michigan.
The event will feature a boat show, celebrity appearances, live music entertainment, Taste Fest and much more. Visitors can meet Neal Hillstrand and Mike Fourtner from the Time Bandit on Discovery Channel’s Deadliest Catch – Fri. – Sun., Sept. 24-26.
Live music for the festival begins Friday afternoon and runs through Sunday. Taste-Fest will be held Saturday and Sunday as restaurants from the Macomb County area bring in their special delicacies for purchase.
Family outdoor recreation will incolude Lawn Olympics, inflatable bounce houses, Radio station entertainment and Kids can even meet SpongeBob Squarepants, who will be roaming the show on Saturday and Sunday.
The Boating & Outdoor Recreation Festival is an all-new event produced by the Michigan Boating Industries Association (MBIA).
